SSF simulator implementations

The SSF 'engines' are process oriented parallel discrete event simulators employing efficient multithreaded software architectures, and provably scalable conservative synchronization algorithms.

Several independent implementations of the SSF API have provided a thorough validation of the semantics of the underlying execution model.
